*PETS are not permitted
*RVs, Trailers, mobile homes, commercial vehicles and motorcycles are not permitted to park on premises
*No parties or loud noise allowed
*Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. There will be an additional $500 charge to deodorize the condo.
*Pool is seasonal ONLY and will be open sometime end May to early September.
*There will be a charge for missing remotes and other items.
*Accidents happen so please let us know so we can replace it and have the condo ready for the next guest.
