Spacious and modern townhome with the best unobstructed views of downtown Denver! Walking distance to Mile High Stadium, light rail, Aquarium, dining and more. Unwind and relax in the rooftop hot tub and enjoy both city and mountain views. The 700 square foot rooftop deck boasts a rooftop hot tub, gas fire-pit, wine and beer fridge, and decorative LED lighting with a variety of faux plants and outdoor furniture to enhance the experience. Centrally located in Highlands/Jefferson Park, this 4-level townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Townhome features designer finishes including top of the line furniture, bedding, linens, 3 smart TV’s with Apple TV on each, Comcast high-speed Internet and Hunter Douglas electric blinds in main living area and master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 couples). This townhome has it all-you will feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel! Two king beds, and one queen murphy wall bed. Conveniently located for those coming to Denver for events, to explore the city or watch a Denver Broncos football game. Finished standard two-car garage parking with an epoxy floor, ping pong table and additional parking space behind the garage door on exterior of garage door.

Space:
Bedrooms: King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms. Main floor entry bedroom (home & garage entrances) has a queen size Murphy Wall Bed. Note this bedroom is not fully private and open to the home’s stairs. Master bedroom has a LED 55” Smart TV with Apple TV. Main floor entry bedroom has a 34” mounted 4K LED Smart TV with Apple TV.

Living Room:
Large and open area with sectional couch, gas fireplace and LED 60” Smart TV with Apple and full integrated Harmony remote.

Kitchen:
Fully Stocked kitchen with 4 barstools and a 6-person dining area. Complete with all the modern essentials to make a delicious homemade meal.

Laundry:
Equipped with a full-size front load washer and dryer off Master Bedroom in hallway.

Garage:
Oversized and insulated standard 2-car garage with epoxy flooring.

Guest Access:
Guest(s) will have access to everything in the home. Door code will be given upon check-in. We will be available for your questions during your stay but the amount of interaction will be determined by you, the guest. We are at your service 24/7.

Other things to note:
Home comes with an extensive welcome packet/instruction manual on how to use TV’s, electric blinds & where to find specific items, etc.
2 Char-Broail infra-red gas grills. 4 burner on rooftop, 3 burner off kitchen balcony.
Nest WiFi cameras on exterior front entry & garage for owner and guest security. No cameras are in interior private guest areas.
Use hot tub, fire pit and gas grills at your OWN RISK. Do not walk on wood floor or steps with wet feet from the shower or hot tub. Towels provided.
Adherence to additional rules and usage outlined in the provided Welcome Packet and the "Check-Out" procedures.

Dave is Amazing!

Metallica was almost as Dave! Recommend this place to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the Empower Field Stadium. And the hot tub views were beautiful. Thank you Dave for going out of your way to rescue us!

Great Location and wonderful home

We enjoyed our stay here. We travel quite a bit and will say this property had just about everything. Lots of towels and kitchen accessories . Especially appreciate the use of the garage for our stay.

Very thoughtful & comfy

This is one of the best stays my friends and I have ever had. Dave & Patrice thought of everything! The house was beautiful and very homey. Many nice touches that gave it a lot of character. It was very clean, had a lot of space. A lot of what we needed was already provided, besides us bringing our own food but we really didn't need much else. Location-wise, it was easy to get around Denver because it was pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. The instructions for check in as well as how to find or use things around the house were very detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend for your stay in Denver!

Fantastic Downtown Denver Home

We were a group of four - two adult couples celebrating a birthday. We couldn't have loved this place more. Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds... We utilized the garage, which was super convenient. The icing is the rooftop hot tub with fantastic view of the downtown area. The owner gave us his cell number and the property guide was thorough. Overall, 5 stars and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Great views!

Excellent access to downtown and museums for the kids. The views were stunning. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and by the fire on the roof top deck. You can see the mountains from one side and downtown from the other. The restaurants in the neighborhood we great! The condo is conveniently located very close to a grocery store.

Fantastic place!!

Really great location close to town but also in a quiet neighborhood. Place is as advertised - modern, clean, comfortable for a group of 5. We said constantly that staying here for a Broncos game or a Rockies game would be incredible. Roof deck is a bonus, super views of the city and private/comfortable. Easy access, fully stocked with everything you may have forgot (kitchen was especially loaded with everything you could imagine needing). Overall it was a top experience and I would 100% recommend!

Stylish, clean, and comfortable with great amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus. The location felt safe and it was in close proximity to nearly everything. Lastly, the owners were very organized and had everything outlined in a welcome binder, such as where things were located and instructions for use. Two thumbs up!

There were not enough towels for anywhere near 6 people and when I washed them these owners charged

The place is ok But it is not for 6 people AT ALL Nobody would put their children on a level with the street And a pull out There are not enough towels for anyone. To shower and enjoy the hot tub So the owners charge you if you leave and try to wash anything

Amazing Townhouse

This townhouse was amazing! There were so many thoughtful touches throughout. The owners stocked it with so many items for the pantry, laundry, bathrooms, etc. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable (we didn't use the others). We would love to stay there again in the future!
