If you're new to Denver, getting oriented is easy: the Rocky Mountains are to the west, and Downtown is a 10-minute drive southeast of your stay. Take I-70 West for a direct route to the mountains and ski resorts. I-25 leads north to Fort Collins and south to Colorado Springs. Highway 36 takes you to Boulder and the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
Denver is a walkable city with great neighborhoods like RiNo, Sunnyside, Sloans Lake, Downtown, Union Station, City Park, and Five Points to explore nearby. Prefer biking? Rent a B-Cycle! Without a car? Uber and Lyft are affordable options for exploring the area.

The entire process was easy. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. There was always a place to park, and the unit was well-equipped. We were coming from sea level, so the stairs were a little tricky at first, but we all adapted. I loved the rooftop area with a view of the city and the balcony for a view of the neighborhood. It was close to everything and had easy access to the major routes. I loved this unit and would most certainly return to it.

Not a great stay.

The carpets, rugs and couch were stained terribly. There was hair on the couch and the master bedroom comforter. The house has remote controlled blinds and when we tried to lower the bedroom, blackout blinds for the afternoon they would not work. We notified the property management and their response was they would put in a work order for after our stay. So, we were never able to lower the blinds to block out sun in the bedrooms. The rooftop deck is nice, but it clearly states if you use the propane for the fire table you are responsible for refilling the bottle. So we never used the fire table. We would not stay at this location again.

Wonderful rental property! Parking could be an issue though.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed it very much. Response from the property management company to any question we had was incredibly fast! The property was very nice and clean. The beds were a bit firm but we still slept well. There was plenty of extra bed and bath linens available. The rooftop patio was wonderful. We used it every evening of our stay. There was plenty of seating for everyone and the gas fire pit was wonderful for when the night air got a little chilly. The street side parking was the only hiccup we had during our stay. Please be aware that all parking requires parallel parking and there are no assigned parking spots for residents. First come, first serve. On the day that we arrived, there was only one parking space available on the entire street and our vehicle was too big to fit in it. Ugh. So our only option was to unload all of our stuff and my husband had to drive our vehicle to another street to park and then walk back to the rental property. Needless to say, he (we) were not happy about that at all, HOWEVER after the first day of our stay, we had no issue at all with available parking in front of the rental. We could only figure that maybe one of the residents on the street might have had guests visiting or something utilizing parking spots because it was only a problem on that first day of our stay. Other than the parking incident our stay was wonderful. It’s a great rental and we would stay here again.

Overall great stay!

We loved our weekend in denver and this house was overall great for us. The house was mostly like the pictures, however there were some holes in the walls and the front door looked like it has been kicked in at one point. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a little unsafe with some interesting people around, but we never had any issues. Parking was simple and always available no matter what time. The location was pretty centralized to the city and close to downtown. We also loved the views from the rooftop!

Amazing place

This townhouse was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood offers endless dining opportunities and it was very easy to drive to. I would give it 6 stars on if it was an option
