"The space is cute with a lot of potential and in a good location. Unfortunately the host isn't keeping up the home. The toilet was broken and the heater in the bedroom was broken (or hard to use and no response when I reached out for help). Our stay was at a very cold time of year so we all 3 ended up sleeping in the living room on the fold out couch bed. The other issue that contributed to us checking out after only sleeping there as necessary was how dirty it was. The fold out couch had layers...

"This unit is clean and close to so many great places and a good size BUT I will not stay here again because of the noise. Super loud if you’re facing Zuni St or the side street and the unit above us was exceptionally loud. There was constant Pounding on the floors all throughout the day and night. Our last night here afforded us little sleep. The pounding and stomping lasted until 2am when they finally stopped. There must be little to no insulation between floors. "
