"The carrage house is well kept and stocked with ammenities. The location is very convienient if you want to go to the cityor the mountians. Carrie is a great host and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. You will not be sorry if you rent this property. We will definitely check if the property is available the next time we visit Denver."

"Felipe has a very nice property in the S Broadway neighborhood. Very roomy, full kitchen, patio area and even a 1 car garage. This is a much better unit than the basement 1 bedrooms I sometimes have to stay in due to availability. I will definitely be back."

"This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "
