    Vistas espectaculares! Praia Maravilhosa! Ouça as ondas! Ótimo baralho! Casa Fantástica! Aproveite suas férias nesta casa bem conservada 2000 sq. Ft 5 quartos com ar condicionado central. Desfrute do espaço ao ar livre na praia (privado compartilhado com 6 casas); nadar em Nantucket Sound, brincar no gramado, descansar no deck à beira-mar ou jantar no pátio traseiro privativo. A casa tem uma cozinha remodelada, lindamente equipada, uma grande sala de estar, (tela plana, DVD, estéreo) sala de jantar fora da cozinha, um antro de entretenimento, (TV de tela plana, DVD, videocassete, aparelho de som, biblioteca e quebra-cabeças e jogos) , 2 banheiros e 2 1/2 banheiros - todos os quais foram reformados nos últimos três anos. Lavanderia localizada no primeiro andar. Quarto # 1com uma cama queen size e 1/2 banho está localizado no térreo. Um banho completo também é no primeiro andar. No andar de cima tem quatro quartos: 1 quarto com uma cama queen size e 1/2 banho, tv de tela plana, muitas janelas e vista para o mar. 2 quartos com uma cama king size, rádio Bose, TV de tela plana teto aberto, e uma janela de sacada com belas vistas. 3 quartos com dois gêmeos, TV de tela plana e vista para o mar. 4 quartos tem uma rainha, tv de tela plana e vistas (Se trazendo um berço, este é o único quarto que se encaixam). Internet sem fio torna esta casa completa. A garagem e a banheira de hidromassagem não são para uso dos inquilinos. O estacionamento é para apenas quatro carros, sem estacionamento na rua.

    Roupa de cama e toalhas podem ser fornecidas aos hóspedes através de terceiros. Isso não está incluído no preço do aluguel. O custo de ter um conjunto completo de lençóis para cada cama, juntamente com toalhas de banho, praia, mão e rosto para esta propriedade por semana seria de US $ 318. The owner supplies everything we need or ask for, and does so cheerfully! We seldom eat out. We prefer our table by the ocean every night. We would however recommend purchasing fresh scallops from Midnight Our and cooking them at home!!

The house has all of the amenities you would need. The most recent improvements are fantastic - firepit, new A/C, whole house generator, new fences, stone walls, plantings, etc. We have so many fond memories. The rental staff are always pleasant and responsive.

The home is very well equipped, comfortable, and lacks for nothing. The oceanfront location is second to none. The management company is very efficient and helpful when needed.
