Our family loves this home because there is every reason to stay "in" all day - there is a comfy entertainment room for watching movies downstairs, plenty of room to read a book or hideaway, the outdoor Tiki Bar, bocce court, fire pit and outdoor games. BUT, there are just as many reasons to go "out", too - we are steps to beaches, all the great restaurants and shopping are nearby in Dennisport and we aren't too far from Harwich Port, either.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Step on to the wrap around porch with teal Adirondack chairs and a bistro table and chairs - the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Enter this home through the front door and walk into this open concept living space beautifully decorated with a coastal flair. The wide plank pickled wood floors are throughout the home. The family room with comfortable seating invites you to unwind and reconnect or simply just tune out to the large flat screen TV.

Follow through the living room to the gourmet kitchen with glass front cabinets, quartz counter tops , center island with seating for 4 and separate wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker. Large ceramic sink, stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas cook top make planning that family dinner a breeze. A large farm house style dining table with a bench and 4 chairs highlighted with nautical light fixtures finishes off this space nicely.

You will find Bathroom #2 off the kitchen - a half bath with sink and toilet with a coastal touch. The basement entrance is off the kitchen and that is where you will find the washer and dryer and newly remodeled game room, bar and entertainment area. Includes a comfy sectional couch that seats plenty with ottomans and drink holders to make movie watching super fun on the large, flat screen TV.

Queen Bedroom #4 and Full Bathroom #4 - additional room for your large family or group! Desk for remote working or learning and sliders to the lower level outside area.

The back door leads you out to the well appointed patio with extra seating around the brick fire pit or play a game of bocce ball in the custom made bocce ball court around the side of the house also the perfect spot for a game of Corn Hole. This cozy back yard setting is perfect for unwinding after cooking a dinner on the gas grill and ending your evening with cocktails at your very own outdoor bar happily referred to as Captain Masons shed bar! Wash off the sand from the beach in the enclosed out door shower - a Cape Cod Tradition.

To the left of the family room is Bedroom #1 with a king sized bed with sliding barn door entrance to the en suite bathroom with large shower with built in seat and oversized rain shower head.

Up stairs on the left is Bedroom #2, carpeted with a bunk bed (full below and and twin on top) with an additional twin trundle bed underneath - there is also a full bed in that room (room sleeps 6) . Dresser and closet for all your belongings.

To the right of the stairs you will find Bedroom #3, a large inviting room with carpeted floors that has two queen beds and dressers with his-and-hers closets with plenty of room for all your belongings. Off of this bedroom is a door that leads to a bonus "loft" on the third floor that has two twin beds. Added for 2024 - a 48" TV!

In the hallway you will find Bathroom #3 with a full bath with tub and shower.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
