Cute yard with gas grill, picnic table with umbrella and Adirondack chairs. Because of the owner's allergic reaction to smoke there is NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY I.E.(NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE, PORCH, OR IN THE YARD) . There is a $200 fully refundable smoking deposit with this home. If caught smoking, a $200 cleaning charge will be assessed to your account and you may be removed from the cottage with no refund.
