Because of the owner's allergic reaction to smoke there is NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY I.E.(NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE, PORCH, OR IN THE YARD) . There is a $200 fully refundable smoking deposit with this home. If caught smoking, a $200 cleaning charge will be assessed to your account and you may be removed from the cottage with no refund.
