Large open home close to Mayflower/Bayview beach

This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home waking distance to mayflower and bay view beaches! The home is features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. There are plenty of places to stretch out and really enjoy the home. There is a king bedroom on the first floor with a new mattress. On the second floor there is a full size bedroom, a bunk room with 2 twins and a full on top with and then an additional queen bedroom with its own half bathroom. In addition to the bedrooms there is a small den upstairs with a full sized futon. We can comfortably sleep 8-10. There is also a grill, a beautiful large deck, an outdoor shower and fire pit for your stay. We provide 4 beach chairs, a beach cart and two umbrellas. I have little kids so there is also a pack and play, high chair and double Bob stroller if you would like to use them. The home is professionally cleaned every week, we can provide sheets and towels for an additional fee. There is central air on the first floor and window AC units upstairs. We hope you love the cape and enjoy our home as much as we do !! The driveway can fit 4 cars.

Lovely rental home

Lovely large home a short walk from the beach. Worked well for our group of 3 small families. Wish there was one more indoor shower, but the outside shower was extra fun for the kiddos.

The property was clean, bright, and spacious for our group. The yard was beautiful and great for kids to run around. Beds were comfortable and the quiet of the Cape was a welcome relief from city life.

Everything was perfect

Accurate, super clean, short walk to beach. Would love to stay there again! One correction about the walk to the beach on Beach St being awkward given it's a relatively busy street. This is true if you have small kids, but walking one half house length away from shore allows you to get to beach via Wild Hunter... completely devoid of cars. Takes 12 minutes instead of 10, but relaxing kid-friendly stroll.

We had a great week! We loved every about the house. My only concern was walking my dogs. I didn’t realize how busy Beach street can get with no side walks. So if you need to walk your dogs, try to get on a side street off of Beach Street.

Close to Mayflower Beach!

This property has an amazing location only a short walk from Mayflower Beach. For those of you who don't know, this is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. The house totally accommodated our family of 6 adults and 3 children. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby, Gina's by the Sea, Chapin's, Sesuit Harbor Cafe. There was a glitch reaching the owner about a month before arrival. But once I got through to her, she was very responsive after that. This is a great accommodation for families!

Relaxing week in Dennis

Great house. Very spacious, comfortable beds, functional kitchen. Best feature was location. Beach was a 15 minute walk away. Pay attention to low/high tide times. At low tide the sand stretches for miles so never seems busy. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a very relaxing week. Would definitely recommend for families.

great home in great location

We could not have been happier with our experience staying at this property. Home was clean, comfortable and offered everything just as listed in the property description. Nice quiet location so close to the beach! Owner was a pleasure to deal with, always happy to answer and questions and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation!

House was very clean. Location was perfect for what we wanted. Kasey was super responsive throughout the process, including when contacted about a power outage from a severe storm. She then followed up to make sure the power came back on. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect spacious house for our family

We have 3 children who came with us for the week of July 6-13, ages 21,19 & 17 and the Master bedroom down stairs was perfect for our privacy. The upstairs was perfect for them with 3 bedrooms a sitting area with the futon and a 1/2 bath for their Privacy! The house was well maintained, very clean and also very sunny with a nice big deck to hang out on for our family. The location was fabulous for getting to the amazing Mayflower beach. (Get there by 10am, parking is Limited) and it’s soworth getting a Parking pass at town hall! Thank you to Kasey Mauro & Family! We loved our stay!!!

Great Home, Great Layout, and Great Location

We did a Christmas vacation to be close to family in the area. The house was great - a nice open layout, a great kitchen and a great location - especially if you are going to the beach. Also, great communication with the owners - very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to doing it again.

Had a wonderful week, weather cooperated. Lovely home, on a great piece of property. Outdoor shower was a bonus. Can walk to the beach or easy drop off if carrying a lot of gear, as lot gets full quite early. Dennis Public Market is close by and is great, and other options nearby. Plenty of dining options nearby as well. Love Dennis and the 6A side of the Cape. This is a great rental option.

Wonderful home!

This is a beautiful home - very large with plenty of space for a family. There is a firepit, huge deck, and lots of parking space. It is a very close walk to the beach. All around wonderful stay- highly recommended.
