"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. "Stayed week after Christmas--holiday decor and Christmas tree were a perfect touch. Lack of access to local broadcast TV networks on at least one of the Roku TVs is a problem--consider an antenna for local broadcasts. "

"We arrived to a perfect set up for our dog! Even an extra water/food bowl with a special bone and extra poop bags! Thank you! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house manual was easy to follow and detailed. The five minute walks to the beach was perfect!"

"Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

"Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. "
