Das moderne Haus mit großen Panoramafenstern und eine offene Küche mit allem was man braucht, Weinschrank und einen Ofen, großes Esszimmer und Leseecke, Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter, TV in jedem Zimmer, 2 Bäder mit WC und Dusche und eine extra Waschküche mit Dusche und Fitnessgeräten. Ein eigener, unbeschatteter Parkplatz oben an der Straße. Treppen führen runter...

"Casa Almareka ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Man merkt die Liebe, die Susan & Nick in dieses Haus stecken. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Gelände ist groß und komplett eingezäunt. Man kann von außen nicht hineinschauen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man brauchen könnte- von Föhn über Sonnenschirm bis hin zum Bügeleisen. Man hört den Verkehr schon ein wenig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! :-) "

"Stunning villa with spectacular views, the photos don't do it justice! My wife an I stayed for 8 nights and the only negative was that we had to leave!Tracie, who manages the property was absolutely wonderful with lots of helpful advice throughout our stay and a pleasure to chat with.Hope to be back again soon and would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!"

"Kommunikation auf Deutsch mit dem Hausverwalter, Hausverwalter war zeitlich flexibel und hat sich unserer Ankunftszeit angepasst, sehr freundlich, konnte gute Restaurant und Ausflugsempfehlungen geben, im Kühlschrank lag für uns eine Melone, Wasser und Weißwein zur Begrüßung bereit. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage was bei den Sommertemperaturen sehr wichtig war, toller, großer Pool, uneinsehbares Grundstück, Küche gut ausgestattet. Ein toller Ort zum weiterempfehlen!"

"The property is stunning and is very private. The house is well laid out and the pool is above average for Europe. We would absolutely stay here again - it was a perfect, secluded location for the mid point in our busy 3 week trip. While the house was well-appointed, we were only left with 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms and 5 people, so we had to go purchase our own TP and paper towels - the management offered a refund of a half a roll of toilet paper, which was a bit off-putting. ...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre. Le jardin et la terrasse sont parfaits pour se détendre, et le quartier est calme tout en étant proche des commodités.Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et disponibles. "Heel fijn Vila met een groot zwembad. Kamers waren super ruim en fijn, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer op twee slaapkamers na. Fernando de huis baas is een super aardige man, staat 24/7 voor je klaar! Locatie is super dicht bij het strand, en supermarkten op 2 min rijden. Wij komen zeker een keertje terug!!"

"We hebben een lekkere week Dénia gehad in dit huis. Airco in de woonkamer/keuken zou wel fijn geweest zijn. En een vast tarief voor energie verbruik geeft wat meer comfort, gewoon de huurprijs per week verhogen. Goeie bedden, lekker stevig. Altijd een plekje uit de zon rondom het huis. Erg fijn!"

"O hotel é maravilhoso tinha decoração estilo provençal, muito limpo , cheiroso de frente para o mar, café da manhã muito bom, o restaurante da suporte pra quem está na praia, achei as refeições um pouco acima do valor dos outros restaurantes e com poucas opções no cardápio, a cozinha fecha às 15:30 para almoço, após esse horário podendo só solicitar um snacks , sanduíches . Não tem muito opção de restaurante e lazer ao redor do hotel , somente a praia , os quartos com vista para o mar são maravilhosos possui uma sacada muito acolhedora com mesa e cadeiras, pra quem quer descansar e um lugar ideal."
