The house has a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, satellite TV with access to the covered glazed terrace. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker (Silvercrest), kettle and fridge with freezer. Next to the kitchen are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is located in the hallway in an ideal position that reaches both bedrooms. Opposite the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower. There is a furnished covered terrace with barbecue.
