Mediterranean/Spanish Estate Home on Lake Sidney

Beautiful, spacious, and private 2 story 5 bedroom home on Lake Sidney. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Centrally located with easy access to i4 and close proximity to the beaches, springs, and Boombah Sports Complex.

Other things to note:
There are custom hand beaten copper sinks in the master bedroom and the kitchen. Color variations of golds, browns, and greens are normal as they patina over time.
Garbage day is Wednesday. We ask guests staying overnight on Tuesday to please take the trash bin to the curb on Tuesday night and bring it back on Wednesday after it has been emptied.
A gas grill and a full tank of gas is provided to the guests at no extra charge. If you choose to use the grill during your stay, Please clean it after using it.
Lawn service comes every 7 days . They enter the property through the side. There are 2 cameras outside facing the road.
This is a quiet and peaceful community. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet time in the neighborhood is between 9 pm and 9am.
Guests will have access to the entire house and two of the 3 car garage. The 3rd garage door does not open, but you can still use the space inside.
No more than 6 vehicles on the property at anytime. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or events!

Deltona is between Orlando and Daytona beach with easy access to i4. Our house is located on Lake Sidney, the exclusive Estate area of Deltona with huge lots for privacy. Most attractions are close by around 10 minutes to under an hour.
