"These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. "I arrived late at the hotel, hungry and tired. Front desk, Lily and Mia helped express the check-in, appreciated. Tracy at the hotel restaurant had nicely introduced the menu and offered a food recommendation. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The hotel is situated in a convenience location, and next to two malls. I’ll definitely be staying at the same hotel on my next visit to Zhangshan."
