"Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente café da manhã. Faltou um pouco mais de atenção com no chek-in e no check-out, com a ajuda aos hóspedes em relação à movimentação de bagagens. Não foram solícitos quanto a esse tema. O bar que fica no 51º andar possui ambientes separados, porém o som do karaokê é muito alto e atrapalha bastante reuniões nesse local, pois fica difícil estabelecer uma conversa. O cheiro de cigarro nos quartos também foi sentido e isso causou desconforto. "
