"I had such a nice stay. The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!"

"We found this cute little hidden gem after a last minute decision to visit Cooperstown with our kids, and we were definitely lucky! This is a small rental but comfy, cozy and enough space for our family of 4. Quiet, beautiful surrounding woods, but not far from amenities and downtown. This home is clean, updated, and the kids loved having the loft as their own space. The owner was very communicative and had the electric fireplace on before we arrived. "The cabin is very clean, with a nice porch on the lake. Coffee in the morning on the lake was quite nice. There is an outdoor shower which is private and the hot water comes on quickly. The water inside is not potable, and there are obvious signs not to drink it. The hosts provide drinking water. They also provide lots of snacks/coffee/toothbrushes and other amenities you may need. Electric outlets are somewhat sparse but manageable."

"A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"We’ve stayed here twice now and would absolutely stay again. It’s a perfect cabin for our skiing getaway! The hot tub is great after skiing all day and the house had everything we needed for our stay. I especially loved that there were plenty of beds, a full bath on each floor, and comfy throw blankets. Staying here is so easy with our dog as well and we love any place that welcomes our pets as willingly as the owners here do. The house is full of charm, nicely decorated, and I would recommend...

"This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
