The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. The house itself was fantastic!! It is an old house so be aware of that. We actually appreciated the character and charm that the history added to the experience over a 'new' property. "I enjoyed my stay at this property! Everything was clean and the kitchen was updated. Bonus that it's pet friendly! Beds were comfortable and beach chairs and towels were available for use! We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings on the back deck. Property owner was very responsive to any questions. The only drawback is that traffic backs up getting to the beach but that is no fault of the property owner - it's just something you have to be prepared for and plan for. I would definitely stay...

"We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend! Suzy is an incredible host, was so on top of communication. This cozy beach house was clean in a wonderful quiet area away from all of the tourist areas where you can really just enjoy nature. We feel so recharged! Still close enough to get quickly into town and enjoy restaurants, shops and mini golf. Our sweet old dog got to enjoy the very dog friendly beach. We can’t wait to come back with the kids!"
