"The proximity to the boardwalk and ocean is excellent (steps away). The unit itself has a good amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Some things we experienced that we did not expect from reading the listing: 1. Bathrooms are worn showing lots of wear and tear, peeling paint and chipping toilet seats. 2. Mattress in primary bedroom is uncomfortable. 3. And most importantly, entry to the unit is through an alley behind several food merchants — your entry and exit requires passage by...

"Very clean! Messaging was easy and received reply very quickly! Building manager/lobby person was very friendly and helpful! Location was great. We walked with a wagon for groceries and drove to beach. Not able to walk to beach as we carried a lot for the day but you can very well walk if not taking much. Great experience!"
