"During my stay, I went to the kitchen to order food and was met with incredibly rude and dismissive behavior from a female employee. She repeatedly rolled her eyes, appeared visibly annoyed, and treated me as though I was asking for free food rather than being a paying guest. She even stated, “Oh, I’m not feeling well,” before throwing a clipboard toward me instead of simply handing it to me.
I felt extremely unwelcome and disrespected.
I immediately reported the incident to Canosa, the Front...

"The hotel, the rooms, and the furniture are all outdated. The furniture had stains on them. The ceiling looked like it was recovering from a leak. There were no activities offered at the hotel.
However, the staff were AWESOME !!! They made my stay worth it. It was my birthday and they showed me so much love.
The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh.
The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs.
