"Sparkling clean, minimal services facility, excellent staff, and a Graeter’s ice cream store just a short walk or wheel next door - yum! Very restful. Didn’t care for some of the other guests putting their garbage bags and other mess outside their rooms, but that’s them being rude slobs, not the hotel’s fault, and I was too tired from a long drive to call the front desk to ask it to be removed. What can you do? Humans, right? Thinking we’re the superior species when we don’t even clean up what...

"Bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom really needs some shelves or surfaces you can put your personal belongings for shaving or brushing teeth. There is a pedestal sink, no towel racks, and no shelves. Also it would be nice to have a remote for the TV that will let you change the input source so I can attach a laptop and watch whatever I want."

"Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson...

"An actual clean hotel for once in the last 10 years of travelling. Some set in stains on the kings room (207) couch. But otherwise clean bed bath carpet fridge. I would stay again. Breakdast, free coffee and bave a water bottle filler. Good working hoshizaki ice machine. Staff was cordial and helpful."
