"Staff were really friendly, breakfast was great. Even liked that this hotel has actual hand soap that’s a pump in the bathrooms (in the rooms)."

"Great Service"

"The property was good though they are renovating; excellent breakfast BUT. Expedia charged us $100 more for the 3 nights than the hotel said we paid. So Expedia must have gotten that $100. Won't use them again."

"Very rundown. Room wasn’t clean."

"Great cost/benefit and location."

"Super clean nice gym"

"The price point was good, however, the room was unclean. Toenail clippings on the carpet. I couldn't tell if the linens were fresh. The bathroom was dirty in the corners..unacceptable."

"Staff was friendly and hotel was well maintained."

"All expectations were met."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Merrillville. I used to stay in Merrillville when I’d come home to visit Gary. The quality of a lot of the other hotels in the area made me choose other areas like Portage or Hammond, but this hotel will definitely be a viable option if I choose not to commute further. Clean property, dope room. Very spacious. My only complaint is that the remote was not compatible with the television so I couldn’t use it."

"Rooms were very noisy. We could hear everything in the hallway, rooms above and the rooms next to us. Breakfast was not very appetizing."
