"Everything is good"

"Check-In was quick, our room was clean, breakfast was good. My only complaints are the elevator ding was heard all night from our room, and the ice machine was out on the first floor but we didn't know that before heading downstairs. Overall, a very nice place to stay."

The front desk staff set a bad vibe when we came in so maybe that pushed my impression from good to okay. The worker after her was kind and warm. "First time staying at a Spark hotel. I was very disappointed with Hilton. Our “clean” bathroom had a dirty wet hand towel in the shower. In the morning the front desk guy DC as he said was his name was very rude. We got to breakfast 1.5 before ending time and there was no milk, cream cheese or cups and bowls. "We reserved and paid for a room here — which the property confirmed that day — but when we arrived, the staff was difficult to find, and when she eventually came out she said there were no rooms available. She was extremely rude and did not explain or help redirect us to another property nearby. Luckily, the Expedia help line was able to find another room for us."

"The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. What they had to work with was poor. Marriott should be ashamed to keep a hotel with their name on it in such rough condition. Every guest that I spoke to had issues with their room. For me I had to change rooms because of extremely low water press so that the toilet barely flushed and took five minutes to fill between each flush (I timed it) and needed repeated flushing to clear the bowl completely.
