BRAND NEW JACUZZI HOT TUB Real Log Cabin, Beautiful Rushing Trout Stream, Wifi.

'Creekside' is a real and authentic log cabin that is located just a few minutes outside of Boone, just minutes from the Blue Ridge Pkwy, and is situated in a postcard like setting with nearly 1/2 mile of stocked trout stream that runs directly behind the cabin. If you are looking for a streamside cabin you will not find a better location anywhere. The relaxing sound of the rushing stream and waterfalls can be heard throughout the property, and there is abundant wildlife including trout, deer, turkey, fox, beavers and birds. 'Creekside' has a Beautiful BRAND NEW private hot tub on deck overlooking the stream, gas fireplace, gas grill, sat TV & queen bed, full kitchen, with brand new appliances full bath, & a pullout couch that sleeps 2 additional people .We also another cabin on the property which can be rented either together or individually which makes this property ideal for anything from a romantic weekend or honeymoon to a large family or multi family vacation. We are dog friendly .
There are many activities available with excellent fishing, hiking, picnicing, and campfires available on the property. Horseback riding is just 10 minutes away at nationally known Leatherwood Stables. Boone is a short 15-20 minute drive, and Blowing Rock is a 30 minute drive both of which provide excellent dining, shopping, and antiquing. Other local activities include golf, cave exploration, whitewater rafting, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, ASU football, hunting, mountain biking, tubing, gem mines, and downhill skiing. Please remember you are staying at a real life cabin in the woods . WiFi may be spotty .

Great hospitality from the host. Very clean and perfect for a weekend couples get away trip. Fire pit located along the water was a plus as well as the hot tub. Quiet and beautiful drive to the cabin. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would return for future vacations.

Clean, cozy, pretty much perfect. Super peaceful and very private. 30ish min drive from Boone and West Jefferson. Had a very restful and relaxing stay at the cabin, and you can’t beat the price for what you get. Just be careful if you’re not familiar w Deep Gap backroads because they’re pretty gnarly if you don’t have an SUV :).

The host was amazing! cabin was amazing very secluded cabin came with all necessities! The only suggestion that I have is to put up lattice, where the Jacuzzi is to make it more private from the neighbors across the elk Creek!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Super cute and cozy. Manager was super helpful and prompt communication. We throughly enjoyed our relaxation trip. We didn’t ski. We just went to get away and take a vacation!

We voted it the best out of all the cabins we’ve rented! Very charming, cozy with everything you expect in a real log cabin. Loved listening to the creek and seeing all the stars from the hot tub at night ! It was perfect to spend husband’s 65th birthday! THANKYOU for fulfilling our wishes!

Host accommodated us on very short notice. The cabin was better than described. Very clean, remote, and cozy. The hot tub was relaxing after a long drive through the mountains. Communication was excellent as well. The wi-fi worked great for us. We highly recommend this cabin. We would most definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is charming and had all amenities we needed for a relaxing few days in the mountains. It is a beautiful scenic drive to get to the nearby towns. We especially enjoyed visiting Blowing Rock and West Jefferson. The creek was lovely.

Beautiful property, host was great. Very much pet friendly. We had an amazing stay it was so relaxing. The WiFi never had an issue but cell service is non existent lol. You can hear the stream as soon as you get out of your car, definitely would recommend!

Such an amazing place. Ideal getaway into the mountains while also being within 30 mins of food/entertainment. Glad these places are still intact after the hurricane. It’s on a one room cabin, but has everything you need. Fire pit along the quiet rolling river couldn’t of been better!

The locale of the cabin is great-not secluded, but in a remote area. The cabin was clean and the temp comfortable-we didn’t have to wait for the a.c. to kick in. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and even had a tea kettle, which almost never exists in other rentals. Beyond that, there were some problems. The description says the creek is great for fishing. It’s specifically one of two reasons I booked the space. It’s so shallow that there are no fish in there for catching unless you use a net to capture minnows. It’s a pretty little spot, but fishing is not realistic and really should be removed from the description. The second reason I booked the cabin was for the hot tub, and that, too, was hugely disappointing. The water level was very low, so most of the jets didn’t work; chlorine levels were very high, making our eyes water. For a space that is so small that the bed in the kitchen, the amenities better be worth it. Speaking of the bed in the kitchen, bring eye masks. We unplugged the microwave and put a thick chunk of post it notes over the stove clock so we could get some sleep. The light stitch over the table is old & doesn’t work properly. I personally think it’s outrageous to expect people to bring additional tp & paper towels. There was also no soap for the shower. Given the caustic quality of the hot tub, a good soaping up was necessary-so we used our shampoo. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this spot, which is unfortunate because it has great potential.

Lovely little cabin. Would be nice to have a larger back porch with screen since the creek and a small waterfall is so beautiful to look at and enjoy the sound. Inner tubes were in the basement with the laundry so we enjoyed a float on the creek.
