"Owners were very friendly and great at communicating ahead of our arrival. We had a fridge in our room, which was really helpful and the water and tea/coffee/biscuits left were lovely. The beds were so comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was amazing - really great quality sausages etc. would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area."

"Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. "

"A private, luxurious house with upstairs rooms where guests and the owner sleep. The host is very friendly and will explain everything to you, including how to use the light switches. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's the perfect place for someone who enjoys a homely atmosphere."

"Well kept pub with separate accommodation block. The room was large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and in really good repair. The pub itself is also very pleasant, with a good menu and choice of beer. The whole experience made better by the very friendly, helpful staff. "

"We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...

Delicious scrambled eggs in the morning made by Cliff using eggs from their chickens. comfortable bed and great shower. "Beautiful B&B. Room was delightful and so spacious. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, finding us books and information to enhance our trip. You could feel their warmth and felt that they enjoyed hosting. Really lovely people. Breakfast was excellent in your own private space, every thing you could need or want was there. The gardens are beautiful to enjoy and the building stunning. Highly recommend."
