We stayed at the Courtyard for 4 days while traveling for work, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall. The first night we arrived, our TV had a strong blue hue/tint to the picture. We called the front desk that evening, and they noted it. The next morning we stopped at the desk again before leaving for work and were told maintenance would look at it. We came back that night and nothing had been done. We reported it again the following morning and were again told it would be addressed.
By the third night, after now reporting the issue multiple times, we called down again and explained the situation. Thankfully, the same front desk employee who had previously helped us with towels immediately took care of it and had maintenance come up promptly to fix the TV. We appreciated his help and professionalism, but spending 3 out of 4 nights with a TV issue after repeatedly reporting it was frustrating.
We also never received maid service during our entire stay. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and washcloths, and we eventually ran out of toilet paper and had to grab some from a housekeeping cart in the hallway ourselves.
I will say the front desk employee who helped us the last night was very kind, apologetic, and genuinely tried to make things right, which we appreciated.
Overall, between the repeated maintenance issue and the lack of housekeeping service during our stay, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again if given the option.
