"Had to leave the rental unit within a few hours from check-in as a neighboring unit was smoking and the smell was so strong in the unit I was renting. While this unit is a non-smoking unit, other units within this building allow smoking."

"Condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the king bed and amenities. Having a washer/dryer available was nice. We also enjoyed having a real outside patio, last unit we stayed in did not have balcony patio. Restaurants so close is also very nice. Building does have a bit if a funky smell but unit did not. Parking was also a little but of a drag as we thought we had a garage space but another vehicle was parked there for the entirety of our stay. They said they were told to park in spot 78...

"Very good place to stay. Very well organized and accommodating host. Check-in was easy with clear instructions from host. There is an assigned covered garage parking spot. Many restaurants to walk to, farmer’s market on Sunday. Not sure if it was just an occasion or they do this every Friday and Saturday, but they had live music in the courtyard. One can listen from the balcony or while walking around or having dinner as all places have outdoor seating. "

"We had everything we needed or wanted in the condo and every drawer and cabinet were so well organized. Not like some that looked like the host made a trip to the thrift store just to load up. Everything was exceptional. Even the beds were comfortable. As for Susan, the host, her communication was thorough, detailed and frequent. Nothing left to guess about. We have rented in the same facility and this was by far the best experience. She made getting into the unit a breeze. Susan went well...
