Walk to the Daytona Lagoon water park & miniature golf just around the corner from the house (5min walk)! Also within walking distance are multiple restaurants, Starbucks, our favorite surf shop in Daytona, movie theater and for more permanent memories, tattoo shops! :) You can get many places by walking or biking (many bike rental places around), but if you would like to venture over to the Daytona International Speedway, major shopping or to Ponce Inlet you will need to rent a car.

Plenty of private parking for 4 cars in the driveway along with a 1 car garage which fits 4-6 motorcycles. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. A short 5-7 minute walk will get you to the beach. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach, get ready for some fun night life at the World Famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk filled with amusement rides and dozens of attractions for all ages!

Parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway. There is also an enclosed garage which you can park 1 car or 6+ motorcycles. Public transportation is less than 50 feet from the house which makes getting around easy. There will rarely be a time when you will need a car, as you are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and attractions.

If you bring a pet, they must be house broken and on a leash at all times when outside.
There is a tire business next door, so just be sure not to park in their parking lot. You’ll occasionally hear them changing a tire & noise from next door.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
The water view in the picture is of the river, not the Ocean.
Filtered water and Ice maker are available at this property.
$25 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

A separate $25 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.
