What is better than Ocean front? Ocean front AND intracoastal waterway views!

Many of our guests say they have never stayed at a better condo.

This condo has 3005 square feet of living space and another 700 square feet of balcony space. This unit has water views from each bedroom and has 2 balconies. One directly on the ocean and the other facing the intracoastal for great sunsets. This unit is in the gorgeous Ocean Vistas Condominium. This unit is the largest unit in the top luxury Condo building in Daytona Beach shores.

The unit is one of the newest on the beach with the 1st person renting in 2009.

Unit:
This is a large 3005 sq. ft 3 BR/3.5 BA unit with direct oceanfront views from the Family room, the Dining room, the Kitchen and the Master Bedroom. You can see the ocean while laying in bed! The other 2 bedrooms have views of the intracoastal waterway and also partial ocean views.

Sliders from the Master BR and the Family Room lead to a large Balcony right on the ocean. Enjoy your meals on the Patio with the built-in grill.

The back balcony has sweeping views of the intracoastal and is great for viewing the fantastic sunsets.

Entertainment:

There is a flat panel 60" LCD TV in the family room with HD Blu Ray DVD player, library of DVDs for your enjoyment, Wii game system with games and many books for your reading pleasure. There is also a 40" LCD TV in the Master and 32" LCD TVs in the other 2 BRs.

Decoration:
The unit has been professionally decorated with luxury furniture and accents.

Included:
Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is included except your clothes and your suntan lotion. For your convenience, this condo comes with many items already available such as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc.

Summer Family Fun

Overall very nice, convenient location. Nice size pool for the size of the building. Sleeping arrangements were as described. Beautiful ocean views and plenty of space for our family of nine. Some of the mattresses were hard and not comfortable and some were well used and not comfortable. Pots and pans are well used as is the electric griddle which we did not use. There was work going on during our stay on the front balcony which started before 8 am. Plenty of nice beach towels but beach supplies could use some replenishing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Daytona.

April 2025 Vacation

This condo has beautiful views. The layout is great. Location is good. Not a lot of stores, restaurants and bars in a short walking distance (more like a mile or so) but definitely within a short ride. My negative comment is relative to the cleanliness. This is an easy fix, and I strongly suggest it be addressed. We went out to buy all purpose cleaner so we could clean ourselves. Also, some upgrades are necessary. The cushions on the outdoor furniture needs upgrade. Our sheets were so stretched out that we were sleeping on the mattress cover each morning. In one of the other rooms, the sheets weren't a matching set. We purchased sheets for the bed since they were so old. The experience could have been better if these minor shortfalls were upgraded.

Great Property

We stayed at this proper during College Cheer/Dance Nationals and had a great time. The place is spacious, well represented in the advertisement and April the Property Manager was fantastic - impeccable service. We will definitely stay here again.

Super beautiful holiday

Very clean unit with a beautiful view of the sea ant the city. We loved the place despite the cold and the winds. The children (4) had plenty of space to move and play inside. And what can I say about the welcome. April welcomed us very well. Negative point: the mattresses need to be replaced, and the cars on the beach with the children

Large spacious condo

Probably the best kitchen of any place I have ever stayed. Well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware and glassware. Enough for our group of 6 - 7 to have two meals and not need to do dishes in between. They even had an air fryer. The balcony was nice but thought the picture a little misleading. This unit is set back a little so you do not have clear sight lines down the beach. Which means we had to leave the condo to get sunrise pictures. Also there is another balcony kitty corner from this one and there were sometimes people smoking out there which wasn’t pleasant. Would definitely stay at this location again if there were a direct ocean front unit available. April was wonderful, pleasant to work with and very efficient in giving us all the details.

Ok. Only two parking spaces. Difficult with 10 people and 5 cars. No sunrise directly. Some difficulty with the condo mgmt at front desk. Our gathering was pleased and enjoyed their stay.

Awesome place!!

It was everything it said it was!! It was right on the beach, the condo we stayed in was perfect for 8 of us!! It was my son’s senior trip, a little late taking it but that was fine. We had to change reservations from May to September because of him being in recruit class and they were perfect with us. Let me change the weeks and did not charge anything extra we also called to see if we could check in at noon instead of four and they let us and didn’t charge us a dime we will be back

Perfect Place

Our family loved everything about this condo. Spacious, fully furnished, great views from every room, great location, and easy access to the garage. The elevator was next to this room which made it so easy to get to and from the beach and pool. We are already talking about going back next summer in this same beautiful condo.

What an amazing condo

Nothing but top notch service from the check in to check out. We received a tour of the condo upon arrival and took us directly to the condo for the week. The condo is beautiful and views from all around. The kitchen has everything we needed and stores and restaurants were all so close. We had a great time and would be back again.

Great Stay

The place was big and spacious. Loved the big kitchen and common area. The deck was awesome - saw a cool lightening storm from there, and the view was beautiful. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, the beach chairs and toys. The beds need updating, but overall it was such a great week for our family!

A great week at the beach

We were visiting for a music festival and therefore didn't spend as much time onsite as we generally would have but when there it was absolutely lovely. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Perhaps even nicer than the condo was the check-in. While I generally prefer simply receiving the key pad code, the attention paid by Melissa and others to help get us oriented and settled was very much appreciated. The only consideration would be for families with small children that wish to be on the beach during high tide. Given that cars are allowed in that section, it just necessitates additional mindfulness.

The view left us speechless!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The view left us speechless, the pool was perfect for the cooler days, the layout of the condo is perfect for multiple families. We went with my sister/brother in law, their 3 kids and then my husband, myself and our 3 kids. The 3 bedrooms worked out well for all of us. The kitchen has everything, washer and dryer in unit was so great. Being able to park in the parking garage with 2 vehicles was very convenient. Security and safety was also top notch. We were all so sad to leave. If we venture back to the Daytona Beach Shores area, we will definitely stay at this property!

This was a great location, beautifully decorated and furnished! Lots of amenities to enjoy! The location was ideal and the property management team was spectacular! This was a great place to stay. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any condo I‘ve been to. The staff was helpful. I do wish the pool was a little bigger, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Awesome Property!

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this one was hands down the best condo we have ever stayed in! The owners have thought of everything, there is everything you could ever need! The view from the balconies is worth renting this property! I could go on all day about how much we loved this condo! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful week full of fun and memories!
