Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. Any violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Guests with a local address in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, or Holly Hill, as indicated on their driver’s license, will not be permitted to check in and will not receive a refund. No exceptions.
