Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans Trace Townhomes are ideally situated. Located a quick drive or walk over is the Shores Community Center which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball. Oceans Gulf Club is also about a 1 minute drive away. Publix Grocery Store is a 2-3 minute drive away as well as many beach-side parks. Many local restaurants and shops are located within a mile or two of these townhomes as well. This particular townhome is located only one unit from the community gated pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The primary suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom adjacently located. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds, flat-screen television, and large closet. The bedroom with the two full beds is located downstairs with the other two bedrooms upstairs.

The fully stocked kitchen leads into the dining area for six. The sprawling living room boasts relaxing furnishings and a large flat screen television. From the living room, step onto your private deck and enjoy the beautiful, green yard. Just a few steps from the townhome is the community pool with the ocean across the street.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
