Remodeled ground floor studio suitable for one person but can sleep 2 guests. kitchenette where you can prepare your meals. Netflix is available, Steps to the Indian River and Menard-May Park where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, surfing, BBQ grill, picnic tables, volleyball, walking/ biking trail, boat ramp, watch dolphins and view magnificent sunrise and sunsets. Short distance, within 5-10 min drive to New Smyrna Beach where you can find shops, fine dinning, art galleries, theater, beach and local events; 30 min to Daytona beach & speedway. The area is ideal for nature and beach lovers. Wildlife, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, jet-skiing & boating right here on the river!!!! launch a boat--less than 1/4 mile away. Ten minute drive to the beautiful drive on beaches of New Smyrna. Flagler Avenue has lots of restaurants, spas, beach bars, and shops. Historic downtown New Smyrna is at Canal Street, has its own entertainment and fun. Every second Saturday of every month is Cruise Night, with 100s of antique autos, muscle cars and hot rods. Saturday mornings you can visit the farmer's market and pick up fresh produce, fish, poultry locally grown raised & caught .
One hour to Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, downtown Orlando & Kennedy space center. Canaveral National Seashore Is a true nature's paradise-a must see!!!!

Had a really nice stay, no issues with check in or other tenants, close to the river, and a comfortable home base for visiting family and re-exploring my hometown. Very pretty courtyard area, assigned parking, generally convenient place to stay :)

I stayed in this property during a work trip so I wasnā€™t around the property very much. When I was there everything was nice and in order. Itā€™s in a great location close to the water, and everyone was easy to work with.

Just what I needed.

This trip was just what I needed. Room was SUPER clean when I got there, getting in was easy with the home owners instructions. Glad I didnt need to keep up with a key since it was a code and automatic lock. There is security cameras on sight which made me feel comfortable. Not far from the beach maybe an easy 15 minute drive. There is a small park maybe a nice 3 minute walk from the unit. Some mom and pop restaurants were close as well and really good. Checking out was even easy. The only two things I didnt like were the window by the door. At 6:30 am the sun was up and the room was really bright. Wish maybe there was a curtain to help the blinds. The bed was really squeaky when I would roll over. Thats my only complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the week I was in town for

Easy checkin! I love the electronic door code instead of key. I was in town for a week to take a Bob Ross painting class. Property is only 10 minutes (of a beautiful drive) to the Bob Ross workshop. Lots of restaurants near by. Best take out Chinese food I've had in a long time is in Winn Dixie plaza near by.

Great for one or two, quiet and solitude

In a quiet residential area, itā€™sa good base from which to drive to the sights of New Smyrna Beach. Everything was provided that you might need for your stay in the tiny efficient studio. The bed was comfortable, temperature easy to regulate, walk-in shower was great, but be aware that there are no grab bars in the shower or bathroom. I enjoyed the outdoor seating just beyond the door and further in the yard is a nice shady pergola with a larger table, comfortable chairs, and a grill if you feel like hanging out in the pretty landscaped property. Naomi is very personable and made check-in a breeze by texting the door code. She gave immediate responses to my inquiries. Check-out was basically closing the door, no complicated instructions. I appreciated the very generous personal hospitality she showed me and I had a wonderful R&R that I really needed. Thank you, Naomi!

Nice, but could be better.

Very small, but knew that before booking. Unfortunately, that left no room for a chair other than the ones with the folding table, which were not comfortable for relaxing in. No top sheet on the bed, just comforter.

Chouch is a twin bed with a row out from under. Not good for a 78 year old to get up off the floor during the night. Would only stay if you are under 50 in good health.

What I liked: Clean and quiet, nice outdoor area to sit. What I didn't like: Check-in info delivered via text, morning of. I like to plan ahead. Very small space and contains more furniture than shown in pictures. "Bed" extremely uncomfortable for two people, especially if one is 6'3". It's a sofa with another twin bed you pull out from underneath. Isn't that like what you have for kids? Check in at 4PM and check out at 10AM is skimpy on time. No live TV, only streaming.
