-The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated (and has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a 55" TV with Cable.
-Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances. There are ocean views from the kitchen..
-The Balcony provides outdoor seating. You can view the spectacular ocean ,beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony.
-The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway .There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach.
-Washer/Dryer - outside condo door, shared, coin operated
- Security - video doorbell to record enters and exits.
All linens provided with extra sets additionally. We also provide beach chairs and a supply of beach towels.
PLEASE NOTE: I get many questions about the differences between waterfront, oceanfront, beachfront and oceanview. They are all directly on the water in EXCEPT for oceanview. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW.

***Balcony Construction update: Balcony repairs for the North side of the building (ours) have been completed. So the balcony will be accessible. Note however, there may be times they would need to either seal coat our balcony or find some missed damage. In which case, please do not go out if you hear drilling above. Access is at your own risk.
Additionally, there may be possible that ropes maybe hanging from outside the windows as the contractors do work. Please expect drilling noise between 8 am and 5 pm and could be pretty loud, even if they are working on the south part of the building. And there will be construction crews in the building and in the parking areas.
