This true all oceanfront property offers absolute privacy in a building that is key/code entry only, private underground parking and a beautiful oceanfront pool. See the blue waters of the Atlantic as you sun pool-side or from the private expansive balcony, complete with outdoor seating. Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 4th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Master Suite-The oceanfront master suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the King-size bed. Master Bath with walk in shower. -Guest Bedroom-The guest bedroom features 1 Queen size bed . -The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated also has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a 42 'TV with Cable and Remote -Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances. There are ocean views from the kitchen which is fully equipped -The Balcony provides outdoor seating. You can view the spectacular ocean, beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony. -The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway. There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach. All linens provided

A bit disappointed

Property owner was very responsive. However, the condo left much to be desired. All carpets were stained; curtains were off track in many rooms; refrigerator stopped working on day 6; used bandaid on floor of one of the bedrooms; lamps dusty; shelves dusty; one bedroom smelled of urine; ceiling plaster/paint falling to the floor every time the sliding door was opened or closed; cement exposed/paint chipping on windows. The condo is in desperate need of a deep clean.

We were very impressed with the place. Three bedrooms all very comfortable and private. The master bedroom was practically a suite. We felt at home from the second we arrived. Our only disappointment was that others had left questionable reviews. For our family we give it A+. Fantastic view/location. Great view but not updated

This location is in a great area with a tremendous view. I just can't justify giving it a 5 star review for the price. The condo needs to be updated. There was drywall coming off the walls. The sinks in the master bath didn't drain fast enough for the water pressure. On our last day there the AC went out and the lights in the master bath started flickering on and off. The check in process was quick and easy. The location is close to a lot of things. It just needs to be updated and thoroughly inspected and if not willing to do that the price per night needs to be lowered accordingly.

Lot of questions

right on the beach, but had to walk 3 blocks to get there.I didn’t go.Did not see anyone who worked there. Didn’t know we had to buy all our own toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. Upstairs was moving stuff all the time rumbling noises. Beautiful view of ocean.

Needs Updating

First, I want to say that the host - Valerie was great at trying to fix/replace/repair what she could do the next day after we checked in. She is NOT the owner and I do think she truly cares about the clients. The issues we had were lots of lights not working, only enough silverware for 3 at best and part of that was falling apart(when condo rental states it’s for 8), the garage door opener would not stay together, guest bathroom had toilet paper holder broken on the floor, ice maker did not work, cabinet to the left of the sink in kitchen had not been cleaned in a very long time, only one stool at the counter while other was thrown in the master bathroom closet, sliding glass windows/doors across the whole front of the Master bedroom would not stay shut the entire time we were there so my husband had to take duct tape to try to seal them to keep noise out, building envelope better secured and now I understand why there was a large fan in that bedroom it was due to all the humidity penetrating the condo from the old doors not able to shut the outside air and noise out. Creating a very loud environment day and night. The fan in the dining room was frozen, the tv in guest bedroom was as extremely old and making a buzzing noise, two towel racks were gone from the master bathroom walls, glass sliding doors stayed off track more than on track where towels and sheets were kept and towels for our use were extremely old. We did not have any wash cloths or hand towels until the next day. When I met with a Valerie the next morning she helped us with what she could do and was very very nice. You could tell she loves her job and was clearly upset that we had experienced all of this. Within a few hours she brought back light bulbs, silverware, a set of knives, new tvs, hand towels and wash cloths and duct tape. This was still not able to fix the structural issues that are evident inside this condo. We ended up checking out a day early as it was no vacation fighting the doors in the master bedroom. Now I understand why there was a large fan in that room. Because all the humidity is was coming in through the openings. There was no handle on the back sliding glass door to the balcony in which I ended up cutting my hand just trying to open the door.
