This is my sixth time back. Was so excited to be back only to know I asked for Ocean view which was stated on my receipt and they gave me street view with another view to room 201 of nothing but wall from my balcony couldn’t even see over the bathroom door was so loud I had to call them to come and fix it. My friend had to leave the door open just to use the rhythm. That’s how a lot it is. they fix it, but it was not fixable at the moment. The guy stated then to top at all. I left the do not disturb sign so my friend and I can go shopping in peace as my boyfriend was resting. Five security came in. Said they doing smoke alarm. Check without any phone call or anything. My boyfriend was very upset so that part bothered me with all the notice. Then I come back and I keep getting text about smoking is not prohibit. Nobody was smoking inside then another one and then another one felt like I was violated as much as I love the very disappointing for the money I paid whoever in charge did give me texting. What can I do for me at this point I was already done. It’s sad because I love the area. I love the rooms. I think by far this was one of my rooms view it was a partial view by lean over the balcony. I can see this ocean.
