The walkability of this property is good to get to the beach as well as some restaurants, but you would need a car for most things.

A separate $400 pet fee per pet per month will be requested after booking. An additional $400 applies for rentals exceeding one month and for reservations with more than one pet.
A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit are required.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $10 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
