A 10-minute drive to the beach, our retreat beckons you to an amazing heated pool and hot tub. Experience the impeccable fusion of comfort and convenience in this luxurious setting, ideal for students, medical professionals seeking a budget but unforgettable vacation and other professionals seeking an extended stay dedicated to their work and leisure.

Currently, there is a young graduate from last year who occupies one room. He works and travels alot due to the demands of his job. This Modern second room is empty with a brand new Queen Cooling Hybrid Memory Foam Bed. There is a dedicated private hall bath for the second bedroom - NO Bathroom Sharing. You will share the common spaces - living room/entertainment room, dining room, kitchen, office, laundry room, and balcony.

✅ $250 Deposit Required before check-in: $150 usd for the SQUARE KEY and $100 usd for the PARKING PASS
✅ Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
✅ Lock all doors before leaving the condo
✅ Require guests to inform host immediately - breakages, spills on mattresses, etc...

2) Mama’s Kitchen – Pho and Seafood - good Vietnamese foods
3) Bamboo Garden - Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai restaurant.
4) Sushi King - all you can eat sushi and Japanese foods - good calamari and sushi
5) Hibachi Grill - all you can eat Chinese buffet
6) China One - good foods - dine in or carry out.

1) Ocean Deck - good chicken wings
2) Burntwood Tavern
3) Captain's pizza - next block from our condo - very good pizza - reasonable price.
4) IHop on N Atlantic Ave, Ormond Beach - we only come on Monday because the owner cooks at this location on Monday dinner.
5) Cheddar's on International Speedway - good foods, reasonable price.

Checkout instructions:

1) Check out: 11:00am.

2) Please close and lock the balcony door

3) Please turn down the AC to 72 degree.

4) Please leave the Key and Parking Pass on the foyer table.

5) Please keep used blue towels in 1 basket and used white towels in the other.

6) Please bring the trash down to the trash container ion first floor between Building 4 and Building 5 parking lot.

7) Please take care of your dishes. You do not need to clean our condo. Our housekeepers will clean.

8) Lock the front door when you leave – press the Top Button to LOCK.
