"No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. "Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The Garden Deluxe Room was located right next to the main road, and the constant traffic noise made it difficult to sleep or relax. Even the balcony faced the road, so it wasn't the peaceful setting we expected. The in-room hot tub looked great in theory, but it wasn't practical. The water jets were so powerful that they splashed water onto the nearby carpet, and there was no way to adjust the pressure. It also made the room very steamy, so we ended...
