    Nova casa contemporânea elegante para relaxamento e férias ao ar livre ativos.



    Isolado muito arborizado 2 hectares - e você pode esqui cross country, bicicleta e caminhar pela porta da Floresta Nacional Monongahela.



    500 metros da Hwy 32, 3 mi. para Davis, 5 mi. para esquiar em Timberline, Vale do Canaã, Whitegrass XC Center.



    A casa é um design contemporâneo com toques europeus. Interior apresenta um piso plano aberto, piso maple brilhante, nove pés tectos, muitas janelas para trazer na manhã e sol da tarde, e novo mobiliário elegante e decorações por toda parte.



    A cozinha do chef tem uma grande ilha, dois fornos, dois lavatórios, bancadas de pedra sabão, armários de cerejeira e utensílios de aço inoxidável.



    Primeiro andar também dispõe de lareira sala de estar e um grande deck walk-out com banheira de hidromassagem. A sala de jogos separada tem uma grande TV de tela plana, mesa de pingue-pongue e cadeiras de saco gigante FooF. Primeiro andar também tem uma casa de banho completa com chuveiro.



    No segundo andar há quatro quartos - duas suítes master com banheiros privativos e duas outras com beliches (1 full + 1 twin) e banheiro compartilhado + banheira. Todos os quartos possuem piso de bordo claro e uma mistura de móveis novos e vintage.



    Fácil dentro / fora da casa e no arborizado ao ar livre através de grande hall de entrada da frente tem grandes armários e bancada sob medida com cubbies de sapato. Além disso - a garagem anexa aquecida torna o inverno indo / vindo mais fácil!



    Arborizado 2. 2 hectares muito oferece isolamento e sensação natural. A Floresta Nacional Monongahela fica a 200 metros de distância na estrada de acesso ao lado da propriedade, e tem quilômetros de trilhas para esqui cross country - tente uma rota de 5 ou 17 milhas até o Blackwater Falls State Park para jantar!

Great location and family property

The location was great. Multiple state parks, Davis, and Thomas are all within an easy, 15-minute drive. The house was comfortable and clean, with a large deck and firepit out back. Lots of ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable during summer temps. The downside was that the grass was overgrown, so we lost the yard space which we were looking forward to having for kids to run around outside.

We loved everything about our stay.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is amazing, the weather was perfect. Even without AC in the house the temperature never got above 72 inside. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything anyone could ever need. The locals are all so nice and helpful. Thank you for everything and we will be back to visit again soon. I loved everything about this property. From the amenities to the location of the house. The view of the night sky is breathtaking. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we have.

I still wonder if there could have been more done about the internet and fireplace while we were there. No one troubleshooted very far. No one offered any further explanations or went the extra mile to help. I was sad my parents left early. with Becky via internet only the person I spoke to on the phone about the fireplace and internet was very kind. the person who came by was amazingly prompt and very polite. Even though they were able to do nothing they were kind about it.
