"The neighborhood is rough! Did not feel safe. The house inside was not the cleanest! Old hair balls in the shower. Found a huge roach in the dining room dead when I walked in. We left one day earlier because we couldn’t handle another day staying there."

"When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. Fortunately, DJ saved the day. He was super communicative and flexible about timing, and got the hosue ready for us on very short notice. The house itself was lavish and comfortable. "Despite receiving emails for no smoking of any kind in the unit, upon check in there was an overwhelming scent of cigarettes and some sort of chemical agent to try and mask the scent. The combination gave my girlfriend and I headaches. We had to abandon the unit within a couple of hours and find accommodations elsewhere last minute. The unit was also not clean.
