"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. "Esperava muito mais do hotel. O hotel é velho, e o Wifi não funcionava, tivemos que pedir para a atendente inserir manualmente a senha dela para que os aparelhos ficassem conectados a rede. Pegamos um quarto com duas camas de casal grande, porém o colchão é terrível, ajustável (mais duro ou menos duro) porém não funcionava direito, ficava vários gomos no colchão que atrapalharam bastante. "Room was spotless! I have severe dust-mite allergies, but nothing at all set me off. The room was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful, along with the rest of the location. The owners were very nice, and even "ducked" my jeep while parked there. That gave me a giggle! Would highly recommend to anyone going out that direction - and will recommend to all of my friends."
