The property sits directly on the Mississippi Sound, where guests can step off the back deck onto a wide, sandy bayfront beach. The shallow, calm waters are perfect for swimming, floating, and relaxing, especially for families with children. There are no strong waves or rip currents on the bay side, making it a favorite spot for many guests. Guests may also beach a small boat or jet ski directly behind the home. For those seeking more active water, the Gulf of America is just across the street and offers opportunities for boogie boarding, skim boarding, and body surfing.

Inside, the home features a large open living area with 12-foot ceilings, abundant seating, and beautiful sunset views. The living room includes a large smart TV and a gas fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering space for relaxing or entertaining.
