"We have stayed as a group at many houses on this island, this was our favorite one on the water so far! "

"We had a blast! Everything was clean and inviting. Well stocked kitchen and beach supply closet. We used the Kayak with ours and had a great time on the water. Truly the most relaxing week. "

"We loved this house! Everything was clean and the floor plan catered to our large group of 4 families with 2 kids each. Each bedroom was spacious and the open floor plan was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own area. The beach access was quiet, close and met our beach needs. Only recommendation, of course the summers are hot and humid. We would spent more time on the back deck if there were ceiling fans. Will be back again!"

"Beautiful home, open & inviting. Great layout, very clean with lots of room & bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with tons of dishes, both drip & k-cup coffee makers. Large fridge & huge walk-in pantry. Views are top notch. We were 5 families, rented this house & the one next door. Kids had a great time going back & forth. Property management company communication was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay!"

"Sol-Mate was absolutely our favorite of all the places we have stayed on the island. Convenient for fishing with EVERYTHING within reach. Walkways/ porches all the way around. Beach house. And a gorgeous sunset every afternoon. We did not want to leave. And will definitely be back soon. Owners were available for any questions or concerns which were only about dates for the future. No issues at all with our stay."

"New property in convenient location, close to Gulf and Bay with 4 adult bedrooms plus bunk room for the children. Beautiful view of the sunset. There were a few issues which were quickly solved by the maintenance staff: ( WIFI, plumbing leak in 1 of the bathrooms)"

"Perfect home for family and friends ! It is on the bay side - which was perfect location for smaller grandkids. The gulf side was very rough and would have been unsafe w smaller kids ! The bay side was perfect ! Also ordered pizza from pirates pizza and had delivered ! Perfect for after long day at the beach ! "

"I can not say enough amazing things about this house! We loved all the games, amenities and location. We were a short walk or drive to everything we needed. We spent hours fishing, diving and swimming in the water. At night we enjoyed ping pong and relaxing by the water. It is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset and enjoy a peaceful time with your family! We can’t wait to go back!! "

"Stay was great from check I, response of property management, availability of beach items, linens, towels and kitchen items. Having a hot tub available was great but had a lot of sand in there before our usage and ended up buying a hot tub vacuum to clean. Overall, best and quiet neighborhood and close to beach access. A team even came by to roll out the trash can before we had the opportunity to do it ourselves. Fantastic stay, definitely would love to use the same home again for a vacation....

"Stay was amazing great views beautiful place for a family vacation.Ice maker didn’t work and pool heater didn’t work and a few broken tiles in the house need fixed by the stairs but very lovely place to stay highly recommended "
