Welcome to Happy Joy, our bright and comfortable beach condo located just steps from the beautiful white sands of Dauphin Island, Alabama. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family vacation, a couples getaway, or a peaceful retreat by the water, this cozy condo is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and enjoy island life.

One of the things guests love most is the easy walk to the beach. Walk out the door and in about two minutes (yes, we timed it!) you’ll be standing on Dauphin Island’s quiet, uncrowded shoreline. On your way, you’ll pass the community pool and outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off after a day in the sun.

We’ve tried to think of everything to make your beach trip easy and relaxing.
To help you pack lighter and enjoy your time on the island, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a beach cart so you can easily carry everything to the sand.

The Space
Happy Joy comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

• Attached kids playroom



Kids Playroom / Bonus Room
Families love this space. It includes:
• Twin daybed with trundle
• Books and coloring books
• Toys and games
• Pack-and-play for little ones
This room gives children their own cozy area to relax after a day at the beach.

Guest Bedroom
• Queen bed, Dresser, and TV

Living Area
The open living room is bright, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing together after a day outside. Comfortable seating and a large TV make it a great space for movie nights, board games, or simply unwinding.

An additional twin daybed with a trundle bed are located in this space with linen curtains for privacy.

Many guests comment that the beds in the condo are some of the most comfortable they’ve ever slept on!


Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Whether you’re making breakfast before the beach or preparing a seafood dinner after a day of fishing, you’ll have what you need.

Bathrooms
The condo includes two full bathrooms, stocked with towels and essentials to make your stay comfortable. They are not large bathrooms, but they are clean and stocked.

Beach Gear Included
One of the best things about staying at Happy Joy is that you don’t have to pack your car with beach gear.

We provide:
• Beach chairs
• Beach towels
• Umbrella
• Beach toys
• Beach cart

Simply grab the gear and enjoy the short walk to the Gulf.

Pool & Outdoor Amenities
Guests also have access to the community swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a beach day. The outdoor shower nearby makes it easy to rinse away sand before heading back to the condo.

The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for guests looking to escape the crowds of larger beach destinations.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay. It is a first-floor unit with no steps into the condo or to the beach!

You will also have access to:
• The complex swimming pool
• Beach access just steps away (2 minute walk)
• Outdoor shower
• Parking near the condo

Check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.

Interaction With Guests
I personally manage Happy Joy and want every guest to have a wonderful experience. While you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, I am always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist if anything comes up during your visit.

Dauphin Island is known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. This condo is located in a quiet community, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors and observe quiet hours.
