"Never heard of Dauphin Island before this year. Booked this place near one of our friends and it did not disappoint. The amenities were amazing, the property owner was super helpful and nice, and it was well worth the price. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to stay!!"

"Balcony views are fantastic, day and night. A short walk to the private beach. Pools are great and well maintained, as are all the on site facilities. Have family and friends that will, hopefully, be booking soon! Have been to the island many times; this is our new "go to"!!!! "

"This was a great place to stay! We had everything we needed and then some. The views were amazing and the beech easy to access and not super crowded like most. The price was great, too. Especially for how nice the accommodations are! The only critic I have is that the furnishings are old. I personally think they need an upgrade, as it makes the whole place feel more worn and tired. And the mattress in the master is a little on the hard side. But I would still stay here again! And the owners are...

"A very nice place that was clean and enjoyable with great views. In my opinion, the term Penthouse is a little grandiose but other than the listing (title), we really felt this was a high quality place to stay with good security measures in place."

"The property was booked via Vacasa, they told me my service dog was allowed. That is not the case at this property. The manager was forthright, but kind and did make an exception. But just know this property is not pet/service animal friendly. Other than that wonderful property."

"We loved this condo. Both the living room and the master bedroom have magnificent views of the ocean. Everything you needed was right there. The owner, Donna, was so helpful and gave us perfect instructions for getting in, parking, and using the facilities. I slept so well there, which was great because I have chronic insomnia. Highly recommend!"

"The location of this condo was perfect! Such a quiet peaceful location. The condo was a great size for our family of 9. The kitchen had most of out cooking needs as far as pots, pans, utensils etc, some could definitely be updated/replaced but good overall. I think our only "complaint" was that it was VERY evident none of the bedspreads are cleaned between guests. We washed them all promptly after multiple marks of food, makeup and overall grime were evident. The check in procedure wasn't super...

"This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay."
