"We really enjoyed this stay, beautiful property, great location, really comfortable and modern. The host Alison was so attentive and interested in our stay and made sure we were happy. Beautiful sun deck outside, fabulous for pets, ( As we took our Labrador ) I can’t say and praise enough about this property accommodation. Dartmouth is glorious and beautiful and the location is a stone throw from beautiful beaches. We will recommend to everyone. "

"Wir waren mit der Familie 14 Tage dort und waren alle hellauf begeistert! Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, dennoch waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und hübsche Hafenstädtchen nur wenige Meilen entfernt. Die Cottage ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Es war der perfekte Ort um sich zu erholen. Das sehr große Grundstück und die angrenzenden Felder luden zum Spazieren ein. Wir konnten unseren Hund ausgiebig bewegen, ohne das Grundstück verlassen...

"We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little...

"Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. "
