"Beautiful views, plent of space, very private but close to towns and amenities. Road and railroad traffic wasn't too loud and not bothersome at all. A llittle disappointed to find we could not use the inside fireplace, but the cabin was very cozy otherwise."

"The property was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Skagit River from the back porch and family room area. We used the home as a base for driving into the North Cascades National Park and doing day hikes. We did Cascade pass, Maple pass, and Blue Lake trails and then enjoyed the beautiful drive back to the rental home each day where we prepared a delicious meal using the grill and enjoying the dining area with a view of the river. "We visited the cabin for 2 nights for our Anniversary. The access to the river is right out the door. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset with the river below was just what I was looking for. Our dog loved the river, we loved the hot tub! It was a win win! "

"This was an excellent property. It was quiet and secluded just as advertised. The hot tub was so clean, they even have sandals for you to walk down to the hot tub. There is a trail leading to a waterfall that is one of the prettiest trails we took on out trip. The host had a book that had information on everything in the cabin and of all the dining and hiking in the surrounding area. Wonderful stay! "

The river and fire pit are perfect places to relax for the weekend, and the lights from the house to the river allowed us to easily and comfortably traverse the path after dark."
