"Cool house, plenty of room, great location near Village"

"Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! Greg was wonderful to work with and answered any question we had that came up both prior and upon arrival. The only thing we would mention...

"We all slept well but beds do make lots of noise moving around on them. Bathrooms are clean and very nice."

The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! "This home is in a nice neighborhood and seemed to be recently updated. It's truly lovely with a great layout, sleeps 6 easily and has plenty of areas to hang out and unwind. The large kitchen has new appliances and will please anyone interested in preparing meals for family and friends. Easy access to shopping, beach, park & playground. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy!"

We hosted an unforgettable 80th bday party for our Mom with all our extended family and friends. Wow! The house is gorgeous! It is perfect for a event. The grand hall, the ability to open up the rooms to the backyard, and the VIEW, truly set the stage for a beautiful evening. The home is truly remarkable! My mom was overwhelmed and so thankful...

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and recently remodeled so everything is new. For our family of four there was tons of space and there is a huge back yard. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. There is a really good bagel shop at the end of the street (2 min walk), and a good Italian deli for sandwiches also down the street, along with a few other amenities in walking distance. Street parking was super easy and always available in front of the house or house next...

"The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!"

"This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot."

"We loved the house, the location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store, cvs and a great pizza place. It was 3 miles from the hospital. House was clean, it had everything we needed. If we ever have to go back, that would be where we stay. Host was amazing and super accommodating"

"The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."
