"This property was perfect for a quiet getaway in a beautiful location. Nothing more relaxing that sitting on the deck and watching the lake in the evening. Plenty of amenities and close to food and shopping. Need a place to get away from the grind of the city, this is it. "

"We absolutely loved our time at Evergreen! The condo was stunning and spacious for our family of 5 (3 tweens ages 11-12). Remarkably clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, even spices and k- cups. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the a/c was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as it stormed. "Great place for a romantic getaway for two. Unit was very clean and well decorated. Bottom floor unit accessible by three sections of stairs. Very nice patio with table, umbrella, chairs and view of pool and lake. Included access to gated pool and community area. Comfortable queen bed and small but well equipped kitchen. Polly responded promptly and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We went for our honeymoon. The room was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and snacks. There was a lot of board games in the room and a small kitchen area with a dishwasher. The building was secure and there were many amenities available. We spent most of our time on the water and dining out at several of the local restaurants."
