"This was a last minute booking. One snafu with Vacasa with them not being able to verify my ID via DL but with a quick phone call that was corrected. The home itself is nice and has plenty of space and amenities. The decibel reader is a little off-putting but I understand with VA laws being the way they are. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Many of us came into town for a graduation and stayed at DriftAway Ridge. It was absolutely the best decision. Everything was perfect and was the cherry on top of our weekend. Everyone wished we could’ve stayed one more day. From the beautiful lake, comfortable beds, great porch, large rooms, rec areas, large kitchen and multiple full bathrooms - what’s not to like. "I really enjoyed this place with my family. We are 16 people, including teenagers, seniors and children. This place is perfect for all ages. The kitchen is good, all the rooms are comfortable and the hot tub is the best part of this place. I read people talking about the access ramp to the cars, but I didn't think it was bad. We were in 4 cars and everything went super well. Mike gave a lot of tips on how to rent a boat and it was great to do that. I plan to go to this house again soon."
