"O chuveiro é péssimo. Os funcionários são ótimos e fazem de tudo para ajudar. Não ha telefine no quarto para contatar a recepção e meu quarto era um km distante da recepção. Não há internet no quarto e o wifi do lobby fica sempre intermitente. Compre um chip assim que chegar."

"I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. "My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."

"When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. "

"O hotel tem uma boa estrutura porém é bem antigo, o quarto estava com cheiro de “fechado” a muito tempo. Precisa de uma reforma. A localização é ótima, perto dos bares legais e praia. "

"Não tem café da manhã, nem pagando. Tem que subir 3 andares de escada para acessar os quartos. Está proximo de uma região que tem vários restaurantes. A água demora mais ou menos 1 minuto para esquentar de verdade, mas pelo menos esquenta."
